Exceptionally clean hotel with great views, we think it's a relaxing base for staying in Cancun.

Their breakfast is not great, can definitely be improved.

Thank you all for a fairly nice stay on vacation. Our a double room with satellite television, climate control and a personal safe was functional. The location was ideal, close to Royal Yak.

Sincerely, it was a fine stay on vacation. The hotel had a central location and it was walking distance to Royal Yak.

This hotel was super base for exploring Cancun, really enjoyed it. Location close enough to restaurant and shopping mall and convenience store. It was also just a walk down to Malecon Americas Cancun.

Well-maintained hotel, top location, delightful staff. Well-kept rooms had climate control, terrace and coffee. Exemplary service an authentic restaurant onsite. Plus their wifi was good. Actually everything was great, you're dope!

All good - I loved my stay - food was fantastic and my bed was big. Attentive service and attention to detail, amazingly attentive staff. Unbeatable location to tulum avenue. The in-house restaurant was excellent with lots of meals in the menu.

The beds are neat, breakfast is above average and the staff are all not rude.

The property was affordable, the staff was very helpful, everything else was excellent too. Our room was unique and individual with the hottest showers we had in mexico. Central location, just a short stroll away from arrecifes. Plus it was in a busy area.

Decent location, the restaurant was nice and the service was efficient. Swim-up bar was relaxing and reasonably clean. Super room, with a huge bathroom and incredible beds.

Hotel is FAIR and so clean, has okayviews and facilities. Don't forget to explore Downtown Cancun district.

actually everything was so perfect, my next choice again in cancun. booked a room with fairly good views. the staff did all they can for a perfect stay. a kind of very excellent service.

comfy location and varied breakfast. my standard king room was recently renovated with air conditioning and terrace.

We appreciated our stay in this hotel. Rooms were very modern and had marvellous views, convenient to be 9 miles away from Isla Mujeres airport. The breakfast was perfectly acceptable with lots of decent options;))

The location of the hotel was wonderful, the staff was willing to help, we truly enjoyed a perfect 10/10 experience. The decoration was stylish, cozy room. Warm breakfast selection of different things. Walking distance to shopping malls and a drugstore across the street.

Facilities were luxurious, but wi-fi was very poor.

Breakfast is excellent and room is large. Beach area adjacent to the hotel. We used free shuttle too.

We greatly enjoyed the nice pool. Our room was very clean. Hotel was close enough to a mall and a pharmacy. Walking distance to pizzeria luna rossa, where you can have lunch.

The hotel was located in the center of the city. The building was nice. We had a sunny balcony...
